Affordability

Factory construction jobs are being added ten times faster than a year ago, and the ISM manufacturing gauge just hit a four-year high after seven straight months of gains.
The Future
President Trump is weighing a cut to capital gains taxes ahead of midterm elections, per Bloomberg. There has not been a major cut to capital gains tax rates in the US since 2003.

Iran Oil
Sec. Chris Wright: Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the U.S. military and our gulf allies, the seven-day average for oil leaving the Strait of Hormuz is currently up to almost 9 million barrels per day.
When combined with the additional 5-7 million barrels per day leaving the region via newly upgraded pipelines and export facilities, total oil flows are currently averaging approximately 15 million barrels per day.
On Sunday alone, over 20 million barrels left the Arabian Gulf region, which is above the pre-conflict average.
Rob Martin: Every day, more oil gets through, and more pipelines get built to render Hormuz permanently irrelevant.
It has added a $10-$20 per barrel risk premium to the global price of oil for half a century. Within 18-24 months, that will be gone forever.

George: FBI Director Kash Patel and CIA Director John Ratcliffe have just released a trove of documents proving that the FBI planted and tampered with evidence during their raid of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
They also knew that they didn’t have probable cause to raid his home in the first place, but the Biden administration put enormous pressure on them to raid President Trump’s home anyway.
A senior Biden official was quoted as saying, “I don’t give a sh*t what the optics look like.” The case was all a big lie - And Jack Smith and his team fabricated the entire thing.
The criminal cases against President Trump were the Biden administration’s own version of Russiagate: It was a coup attempt meant to take down President Trump and prevent him from his inevitable return to The White House by illegally weaponizing the justice system against their political opponent.

On January 1, 2024 there were 440 Flock cameras in the US. One year later that number was up 10x to 4,511. In January of this year it had increased another 12x to 54,072. And in just the last 8 months it has ballooned to almost 129,000.
They are building a surveillance prison in real-time at lightning speed and anyone trying to convince you this is a nothingburger is either grossly incompetent or a very bad actor.

Flock Safety was founded in 2017 in Atlanta. In 7 years it has grown to a $7.5 billion company with nearly $1 billion in total funding. It operates in over 5,000 communities and 4,500 law enforcement agencies across more than 40 states. Its cameras are everywhere. On your street corners. At your neighborhood entrance. Near your kids' schools. At highway on-ramps. Recording the license plate of every vehicle that passes.
But it is not just license plates. Flock cameras capture vehicle make, model, color, bumper stickers, damage, accessories, and anything visible on or in the vehicle. Even without a plate number, police can search for "green sedan with American flag bumper sticker" or "white pickup with a bike rack and paint scratches." The company's own founder said it in a TED Talk. "If you live in America, you will see our cameras everywhere."
Flock Safety's investors include Founders Fund. That is the venture capital firm of a man named Peter Thiel.
In 2003 Peter Thiel co-founded a company called Palantir Technologies. It was seeded with $2 million from In-Q-Tel, a private venture capital firm created by the CIA in 1999 and funded with your tax dollars. The CIA did not just write a check. CIA computer scientists were embedded directly into Palantir's engineering team for three years, building intelligence requirements into the software. Palantir is now valued at $250 billion. Palantir built tools for the NSA's mass surveillance program. Its CEO calls the company's infrastructure a "digital kill chain."
Thiel also invested in Carbyne, a 911 emergency response technology company deployed in American cities and counties. Carbyne's co-investors included Jeffrey Epstein. Its board included former Israeli Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ehud Barak. Its technology team includes veterans of Israeli intelligence Unit 8200, Israel's equivalent of the NSA.
Flock Safety's lead investor across multiple rounds is Andreessen Horowitz. They led the $150 million round in 2021 and the $275 million round in 2025. They are one of the most powerful venture capital firms in Silicon Valley. Andreessen Horowitz has also invested in a company called Toka.
Toka is an Israeli cyber-intelligence company co-founded by the same Ehud Barak. Former Israeli Prime Minister. Former Defense Minister. Documented visitor to Jeffrey Epstein's New York residence. Board member of Carbyne alongside Epstein's money.
Toka has reportedly developed tools capable of breaking into connected camera systems and manipulating their footage. Altering what the cameras recorded after the fact.
Researchers found at least 70 cameras exposed to the open internet with no password required. Live footage of children at parks. Couples in private moments. All viewable by anyone. Researchers physically accessed the cameras, connected via Wi-Fi with basic tools, gained root access, and even installed malware.
Palantir integrates and analyzes surveillance data across government agencies. CIA-seeded. Thiel co-founded. Flock Safety captures license plates and vehicle data on every street in America. Thiel's Founders Fund invested. Andreessen Horowitz leads. Anduril builds autonomous drones and AI-driven surveillance towers. In-Q-Tel backed. Thiel funded. Toka can reportedly break into and manipulate camera systems. Andreessen Horowitz invested. Co-founded by Ehud Barak.
Google Earth maps the physical world from satellite to street level. CIA-funded through In-Q-Tel. Now on billions of devices.
Every layer of the surveillance architecture. Data analysis. Street cameras. Autonomous drones. Camera hacking. Emergency calls. Global mapping. All funded by the same investor network. All connected to the same names. All deployed on American soil. All pointed at you.
Congress just passed Section 219 of the NDAA to permanently integrate American military technology and supply chains with Israel's defense apparatus. No separate floor vote. The Pentagon's own Defense Intelligence Agency classifies Israel as a "critical" counterintelligence threat, their highest category, and Congress deepened the integration anyway.
Every time you hear "if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear," remember who built the cameras, who funded them, who can access them, and who has the reported capability to change what they recorded.
Sunscreen
The largest sunscreen-skin cancer study ever conducted found sunscreen users faced far higher risks of every major skin cancer.
Invasive Melanoma: +292%
Melanoma In Situ: +258%
Basal Cell Carcinoma: +140%
Squamous Cell Carcinoma: +126%
Large increases in all major skin cancers cannot be explained away by the "sunscreen paradox" given that lab tests found Benzene, a known human carcinogen, in 27% of sunscreen products tested.
Slathering rapidly absorbed carcinogens all over your body will unsurprisingly raise skin cancer risk.
