That has got to hurt. Jackson's opinion, as pointed out by Barrett, demonstrates poor reasoning and a flawed argument. If it is a catfight, it is much needed. It was certainly a smackdown.

Funnier still, Justice Amy Coney Barrett implied Autopen-appointed Ketanji Brown Jackson is too DEI to read "legalese;" or rather, being too dumb to read “legalese” in her majority opinion.

The Judge that doesn’t know what a woman is, doesn’t know what an American Citizen is either.

She is the shining example of why DEI hires are dangerous.

The fact that six Justices were OK with signing onto an opinion where Justice Barrett took a personal shot at Justice Jackson is a very strong indication that Jackson has alienated her colleagues and there is a growing lack of respect for her work.

Liberals heads are exploding all over America as SCOTUS hands down much needed rulings.

In the opinion authored by Amy Coney Barrett, SCOTUS just ruled that the nationwide injunctions by activist judges exceed their authority.

Supreme Court rules 6-3 that Federal District Courts can no longer issue national injunctions affecting everyone. They can only issue injunctions affecting the plaintiffs before them.

District Court judges can no longer thwart his agenda with nationwide injunctions.

Even CNN is admitting the judicial coup of rogue judges just took a massive blow by the SCOTUS.

MSDNC is melting down over the SCOTUS ruling.

Barrett tries to nicely explain that Judges aren't dictators. Barrett: "We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary."

The bottom line of in-Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's dissent is that she's decrying the court's resistance to her advocacy for leftist totalitarianism.

Birthright Citizenship was written for freed slaves, not the anchor babies of illegals.

The Supreme Court just ruled parents are allowed to opt their children out of being indoctrinated with LGBTQ+ propaganda. In a 6-3 ruling, the court reaffirmed parental rights in keeping their children from viewing hyper-sexualized LGBTQ+ content based on the universal injunctions ruling.

President Trump says that now, thanks to SCOTUS, he’ll be able to move forward with ending birthright citizenship, defunding sanctuary cities, and banning federal funding of trans surgeries on minors.

President Trump announces list of policies that were blocked on "nationwide injunctions," but can now proceed thanks to SCOTUS:

-  Ending birthright citizenship

-  Ending funding for sanctuary cities

-  Suspending refugee resettlement

-  Freezing unnecessary federal funding

-  Stopping taxpayer funds for transgender surgeries.

Mark R. Levin: The Supreme Court's decision in the national injunction case is superb.  Congratulations to the 6 justices who voted to restore the separation of powers and pull back the growing tyranny of the radical lower courts.  While some analysts on TV are downplaying its significance as, essentially, merely a procedural matter, they are dead wrong.  This is a crucial decision.  If the decision had gone the other way, the lower courts would have been further empowered and motivated to go even further in their national obstructions of a duly elected president's agenda.  There is a process that is supposed to be followed, and it does not ensure that the administration will win in each case.  But it is hugely significant in restoring the core part of the Constitution.
