It was Democrats who passed the "Affordable Care Act." Obamacare quickly became the Unaffordable Care Act (UCA).

Obamacare was brought in to create socialized medicine and is an epic failure for America.

Wall Street Apes: Barack Obama destroyed our healthcare system. It’s time to abolish the Affordable Care Act:

- The average family Premiums have tripled

- Average family coverage is $27,000 per year

- Deductibles are $6,000-$12,000 per family member before you can even use it

- Taxpayers subsidize $700–$800 billion annually.

Up to 40% of Obamacare enrollees never file a claim. That’s billions in taxpayer dollars flowing to insurance companies for people who don’t even use the system.

Trump posted on Truth Social exposing how much Obamacare benefitted insurance companies at the expense of the American people. 1100%, 800%, 600% surges in stock price since signed into law. A total scam.

Fraud

A new report on the Barack Obama Affordable Care Act shows

- 6.4 million people are fraudulently receiving Obamacare subsidies

- 62% of Obamacare subsidy recipients don't qualify

- $27 billion a year in fraud from Obamacare

- 500,000–800,000 undocumented are on ACA plans via fraud (e.g., fake SSNs or status lies during open enrollment) - Paragon Health Institute (June 2025) estimates

- 300,000 noncitizens (including undocumented) in subsidized plans pre-reforms - CBO (August 2025)

When Obamacare was created—50% of the people were supposed to be paid for by the government. 50% were supposed to be spending their own money. Now its 95% government funded.

Money Laundering

This is an absolute scam. It’s nothing but the world’s largest money laundering operation from taxpayers into the pocket of insurance companies (for coverage you can’t even use without going bankrupt).

It seems that Trump knows a lot more about the Obamacare money laundering than the democrats want to admit.

The Obama regime was funneling Billions in unauthorized payments to private insurance companies under Obamacare and doing it so recklessly they couldn’t even cover their own tracks.

A federal watchdog, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, exposed the truth: the Obama administration illegally diverted up to $5 Billion of taxpayer money to bail out insurance companies bleeding cash from Obamacare’s collapse.

Obamacare’s “reinsurance” program was designed to tax Americans in non-Obamacare plans to subsidize those that were. $25 Billion was collected, $20B meant for insurers, $5B for the Treasury. But Obama’s team quietly rerouted billions meant for the Treasury straight into private insurers’ pockets to prop up their failing scheme.

Once insurers started taking heavy losses and fleeing the Exchanges, Obama’s crew began secretly handing them the money that was supposed to go to the U.S. Treasury.

Over $3 Billion gone, just like that.

Even the Supreme Court acknowledged that the Affordable Care Act forbids certain subsidies. Yet, the administration kept paying out billions even to those who didn’t qualify.

Obama’s government made illegal “cost-sharing” payments, skirted a $2.5B congressional ban on “risk corridor” bailouts, and even slipped in illegal payments to cover Congress and their staff giving themselves their own private Obamacare exemption.

And when called out by the GAO, they ignored it. They continued the payouts.

Democrats built their empire on insurance lobby money.

Lies

The shutdown is really about the “Affordable Care Act,” aka Obamacare. It was sold based on 4 promises:

1) If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.

2) If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan.

3) It will save the average family $2,500K in healthcare premiums.

4) It will “bend the cost curve down.”

Obama lied!

The deal to reopen the government does not abolish the Barack Obama Affordable Care Act subsidies. It pushes back the vote on funding to December.

President Trump just said he’s working to circumvent insurance companies which are attempting to massively increase premiums, and give healthcare money to people instead. Democrats will now be forced to defend insurance companies.

Now we know. Actually, we knew since 2021.

The Capitol Police on in January 6th:

Planted the pipe bombs.
Shot and tear gassed peaceful protesters in efforts to agitate them.
Removed barriers and literally waived people to go towards the Capitol building.
Opened giant magnetic doors from the inside to allow people in the building.
Led patriots into the Capitol.
Shot and killed an unarmed female veteran (the only person that was killed this day).
Lied about all of this.
Also lied about the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who died of natural causes.
Became celebrities that received Congressional and Presidential awards for their “efforts.”
Incarcerated hundreds of innocent Americans for over 4 years.
It was cover-up for a stolen election via projection and blame-shifting.

Behind closed doors, President Trump delivered a powerful and uncompromising message about the next step forward. End the filibuster and restore the Republic that was his demand.

Only then can the real reforms move: no mail-in ballots, no cash bail, no men in women’s sports, no taxpayer aid for illegals, and voter ID for every American. No loopholes. No excuses.

The GOP now faces a defining choice: stand with Trump and rebuild the nation, or prove they’re no different from the corrupt system they pretend to oppose.
